Summary:
This individual project manage the commercialization process and work closely with customers and vendors to ensure product and packaging specifications are met.
Responsibilities:Develop project timelines and ensure timelines are met through consistent follow-up with departments and proactively managing potential problems
Coordinate and distribute project information between departments; identify problem areas and propose solutions
Coordinate product packaging requirements with vendors to ensure customer requirements are met
Coordinate and oversee plant trials including inbound materials, document preparation and interfacing with operations
Ensure accuracy of all documentation associated with project including process sheets, BOMs and pricing
Attend customer and vendor meetings
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or food science required
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment required; experience in the food industry a plus
Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
Ability to work well with others in stressful situations and meet deadlines as necessary
