Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for hotel construction expansion and general building maintenance. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively apply our methodology and enforces project standards. Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimize our exposure and risk on project. Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored properly. Track and report team hours and expenses. Manage project budget. Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. Identify business development and add-on sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project. Lead proposal efforts including completing project scoping and LOE assessments. Facilitate team and client meetings. Deliver presentations and information to appropriate parties horizontally and vertically. Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization. Schedule personnel within budget guidelines to ensure adequate staffing. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations, federal and state regulations. Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems. Perform general to advanced maintenance and repair for the location. Perform, administer, and document preventative maintenance programs. Coordinate repairs within approved budgetary guidelines.

REQ. & EXP.: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (foreign equivalent acceptable) or related field and 5 years of related experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
