Summary:
The Distribution Center (Production) Supervisor will be directly responsible for developing and influencing all distribution production processes by applying strategic direction in the areas of quality, productivity, employee performance and supervision.
RESPONIBILITIES:
Mentor and Empower distribution employees.
Plan and assign work and work schedules, train/cross-train employees; including interviewing, hiring, performance management and terminations.
Responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards, improving productivity, and driving a culture of process improvement.
Qualifications:
College degree required (related work experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree).
2
years recent distribution/warehouse supervisory experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting.
Superb verbal & written communications skills.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills
Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence others.
Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word).
Champion of People and Change Agent.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
