Job functions:
Meet at office to gather supplies and equipment each morning. Review work order and travel with one or two other teammates to clients assigned that day.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces. We do not do laundry, dishes, or care for pets.
Log times, mileage, report times to office, keep on schedule with clients and speak to clients as necessary to discuss arrival time, cleaning progress, cleaning needs, and other issues.
Report back to office, return all supplies and equipment and submit paperwork from daily work orders.
Be customer service oriented and flexible with cleaning requirements.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be:
18 years or older
Able to pass criminal background, drug and DMV records screening.
Able to lift 25 lbs, bend, reach, and kneel for the duration of a cleaning. This is a physical position.
Preferences:
Candidates who have a driver's license and can speak English are preferred, however these are not requirements for the position. Not having these skills will not prevent you from getting called for an interview.
Requirements:
Applicant should have schedule flexibility and able to work any shift between 7:30am-6pm Monday-Friday.
We provides uniform shirts, aprons, and name tags. Team member must provide khaki pants with two back pockets, white non-slip shoes and wear a wrist watch to work each day. All cleaning products provided by SMH.
Applicants must have a positive attitude and able to not only lead, but also take instructions well; be able to work with one or two other persons.
Salary: $11.00 /hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
