REQUIREMENTS
Liberty Toyota of Burlington, one of the Nation's top Toyota dealerships is seeking Automotive Retail Sales Representatives. AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS, BUT WE WILL TRAIN THOSE CANDIDATES WITH PROVEN SALES SKILLS.
Previous automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional sales training will be provided. Those with experience in the hospitality, call center, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial, and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. A valid driver's license and willingness to submit to drug screening are conditions of employment. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high energy positive attitude, and strong communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
o Greet clients in a friendly and engaging manner.
o Listen to clients' needs and provide product presentations.
o Help people decide to purchase the right vehicle for them.
o Continue to follow-up clients after the sale and develop lasting relationships.
o Keep current on all manufacturer and dealership related training and knowledge.
o Use our customer relationship software to maintain client data.
o Uphold the integrity of the dealership with exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
o Meet monthly sales goals and quotas.
o Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.
