Seeking Quality Assurance Supervisors/Managers with 1- 6 years experience in food manufacturing environment. We are hiring for multiple positions and facilities in the Midwest and Southeast due to tremendous growth, therefore applicants must be open to relocating. Must possess a minimum of one year Quality Management experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing in a team and continuous improvement environment.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor/Manager will be interacting with multiple departments to identify key areas for improvement and enhancing product safety. The role will be active in defining and enhancing processes from a Quality perspective and will be leading a team of 5-12 Quality Associates.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor/Manager does require a 4 year degree. Salary Range $55,000 - $60,000. Overtime, Bonus, Benefit package.
Paid relocation Multiple Opportunities due to expansion and promotion. IA, MN, WI, NE, IL GAEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
