Responsibilities:
In Collaboration with the Vice President of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Director of Hospice will establish, implement and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet the Agency's standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.
The Clinical Director of Hospice will also work with the Director of Human Resources to hire, train, and orient qualified Hospice interdisciplinary team personnel.
As the Clinical Director of Hospice you will supervise and evaluate the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team while providing daily direction to the team, including all scheduling, care planning, documentation, productivity and all other patient care operations.
You will also assist in the direction and coordination of the clinical activities of the program to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of practice, applicable state and federal laws and regulations and Agency Policies and procedures.
The Clinical Director of Hospice will establish and maintain standards of high quality care and customer service and ensure and improve access to the Hospice Program including the Hospice Residence.
This position will also provide back-up to the Homecare Manager as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in the state of TN.
Experience in home care, hospice and palliative care and demonstrated leadership skills and supervisory experience required.
Demonstrated management ability with an interdisciplinary team and other health care providers and the ability to manage patient care, symptom management, crisis intervention and family intervention.
Also demonstrated competency in independent problem solving coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
