Employee DevelopmentThe Recovery Employee Development Manager is responsible for the Management and Development of Recovery training strategies.
The RED Manager will be responsible to assist with implementation of operational strategies to ensure the employee development team is aligned.
This role works closely with corporate leadership and requires a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and leadership.
This role will report to the Director of Employee Development.
Job Responsibilities o Write and maintain SOP's specific to Recovery Processes and Procedureso Update Account Guideso Maintain tracking and testing for Quarterly and annual re-certificationso Assist in the development of the Pathfinder Program (PRiSSM for Recovery)o New Hire Training Coverage when neededo Assist with Compliance and Audit Updateso Review and refine processes in New Hire trainingo Assist with implementation of strategic plans, ensuring they are in alignment with corporate Objectiveso Partner with Quality Department to uncover educational Gapso Review and provide guidelines and best practices for maintaining competitive edgeo Assist with Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reportso Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
