Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager
Seeking a Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager to join our team and oversee the New Patient Experience in our practices and assist the Office Manager. This is a full time position with an excellent benefits package that included Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, flex spending, Paid time off and uniforms. We are looking for someone that will be a reliable, team player, friendly and focused on customer service.
Some of the duties include introducing the new patient to Orthodontics and explaining the consultation visit, treatment recommendations and payment options. Case presentation, review of treatment types available and tracking all new patient communication, as well as Sales and Marketing.
Requirements of the position include being focused on customer service, the ability to multi task and confidence to discuss financing/sales. Minimum of 2 year's experience in a sales environment or with dental/medical/healthcare/retail management is a plus. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Experience with dental or medical insurance/billing is a plus. We do require a High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual Spanish is a big plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
