Business Center Outbound Call Associate
Henderson Harley-Davidson is searching for Business Center Outbound Call Center Associate for our winning team. The candidate should maintain a high energy level with the ability to stay on track, be self-efficient, organized, and personable to ensure our customer's needs are being met. Applicant's primary goal is to assist customers with questions and schedule appointments for them to meet with a dedicated product specialist. Our Business Development Center (BDC) requires representatives to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities Include:
o Heavy outbound phone calls to current customers-NO COLD CALLS
o Receive inbound phone calls and respond to inbound internet emails
o Schedule appointments for prospects to come into the showroom and meet with a dedicated sales associate
o Follow up on a regular basis with prospects to make sure questions are answered
o Work with management and sales consultants to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects
o Hit both individual and organizational goals on a monthly basis
o Utilize dealership technology for tracking and properly documenting customer interaction-strong computer skills a mustEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
