Refrigeration Technician


Position
Summary: Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and repairs on store's HVAC, deli equipment, ice machines and refrigeration system. This position required the ability to lift 100 lbs., answer emergency service calls on above mentioned equipment, complete assigned work orders and paperwork.
Principle Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
o Complete and maintain records for preventive maintenance program checklists.
o Communicate problems and concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
o Perform general maintenance duties that include refrigeration system, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry repairs.
o Process of refrigerant in accordance to EPA Regulations.
o Provide routine PM services on racks, cases & alarming systems.
o Track refrigerant use per FL & EPA guidelines.
o Update Control set-points.
o Repair refrigerant leaks, repair evaporators, coolers & freezers, heating and air conditioning repair.
o Electrical control wiring and trouble shooting of controls.
o Analyze mechanical operation of units for proper operation.
o Order necessary repair parts.
o Electrical repair to include replacement of electrical receptacles.
o Plumbing repairs to include fixing leaks of faucets, urinals and water closets.
o Repair case and prep area drains.
o Carpentry.
o Repair doors, doorframes, latches and closures.
o Replace ceiling tiles.
o Emergency calls.
o Respond to calls both during working hours and after working hours (optional back-up contractor).
Basic
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or GED.
o EPA Certification (Universal).
o Refrigeration/HVAC / Electrical experience.
o Able to climb ladders for service above ceilings
o Able to climb ladders for roof access to equipment
o Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
Skills and Abilities:
o Knowledge of refrigeration, heat, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing.
o Organizational skills.
o Communication skills both oral and written.
o Interpersonal skills.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks.
o Light lifting.
o Competent Computer Skills (Word, Excel).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
