Our client, a National Non-Profit Organization is seeking a Director of Medical Services for their Shrewsbury facility. The Director of Medical Services leads, directs and oversees the provision of the clinics services and represents the Organization in the community.
Key
Responsibilities:
Providing oversight for medical, surgical abortion, and family planning services for the Health Center
Responsible for internal systems and personnel management of the health center
Assuring compliance with regional and state regulations and standards, and functioning cost effectively and within budget
Providing excellent, responsive, customer services.
Daily management/leadership of all clinical staff
Center planning & fiscal management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human services, business, or medical administration.
Seven to ten years of job related experience in a non-profit or comparable setting.
Significant hands on practice with program, fiscal and personnel management preferably in an outpatient medical setting.
Familiarity and practicality in developing new programs or services.
Successfully managed a fast paced business unit, demonstrated leadership and project management, exceptional customer services skills, and hands on office management experience required.
Flexibility in schedule and travel throughout service area as needed.
Experience in women's health and/or reproductive health care strongly preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
