Essential Functions:
Monitor the extension credit and the collection of receivables. Analyze new customer information for trade credit application. Recommend amount of credit for new customers.
Monitor customer trade credit portfolios to ensure prompt payment of amounts due. Monitor invoices and customer payment history and investigate related information to resolve problems. Answer questions regarding credit limit holds and changes.
Review customer account credit holds. Approve and release orders based on established credit limit and communicate with Customer Service department staff to inform when customer is over limit.
Assist with receiving and processing checks from customers into company system. Assist with prepare checks for deposit into bank. Assist with review and reconcile bank reports and statements.
Support Customer Service with: Generate rebate offers and discounts for customers. Ensure that rebate is for correct amount and enter into computer system and process and maintain records of customer rebates.
Support Customer Service with: Process commission reports from sales representatives. Assign appropriate commission rate to new products. Use computer software to compute commissions and rebates.
Assist with daily & monthly accounting functions, such as general ledger account clearing/reconciliation, maintaining lease schedule & documents, maintaining fixed asset listing & documents.
Pay $16-$17 Hours Mon- Fr 8-430 Location Haines City

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
