Director of Marketing
The Marketing Director is responsible for directing the foodservice and retail marketing group to create, implement and achieve company objectives and goals.

Recruit for open positions
Support Senior Leadership Team (Monthly KPIs, Monthly staff meeting)
Provide annual performance reviews for Marketing employees
Develop annual marketing plan to support corporate goals
Oversee the execution of marketing and category plans and activities
Product messaging development- Segment, target and provide product messaging and support by product and category (STP) on a quarterly basis for key flatbread products to meet company goals
Handle corporate PR and media requests
Oversee relationships for high level marketing initiatives
Work with internal customer groups for internal corporate communication
Handle high level external communication for broker, distributor and sales network
Participate in industry conferences and events as a representative of GDF
Lead sku rationalization efforts
Participate in all corporate tradeshows and events
Attend bi-monthly sales conference calls
Attend monthly sales pipeline meetings
Identify business trends and up-to-date information to support key efforts and recommendations to the sales team
Attend a minimum of one sales call per month
Identify new ways to utilize CRM system
Report back on KPIs relating to customer marketing results
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree is required.

years of related experience expected with a track record of proven success in a leading food manufacturer. Experience should include prior leadership roles in food marketing with direct responsibility for budget planning and management
Ability to travel (up to 20%)
Must have experience in Foodservice
Experience in retail channels is a plus
Interacting with both internal and external customers
Successfully leading people and teams
Previous financial and budgetary responsibilities
