Instructional Designer/Training Designer
Leads and collaborates with business partners to perform root-cause analyses, design, development and evaluation of on-site and or blended learning solutions to meet established performance goals.
Builds learning objectives and training concepts as part of the development of innovative storyboards for we-based training as well as content development of instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training components and virtual instructor-led training components and performance job aids.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Technology. Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
65 to 75KEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
