Customer Service Representative

Trillium Staffing is now hiring Customer Service Representatives in the Galesburg, MI area! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a seasonal Customer Service Representative in the Galesburg, MI area. Candidates will be contacting customers, taking orders based on their needs, and readying orders for entry into the computer system. Candidates should possess analytical critical-thinking skills along with strong customer focus.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Taking customer orders over the phone, both incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Reviewing customer orders and making necessary corrections.
3. Following up on customer complaints.
4. Checking on customer deliveries.
5. Contact vendors for credit approvals.
6. Occasional order entry duties.
7. Filing and other general office activities as assigned. - High school diploma
- 1-3 years experience in similar position.
-Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Word, Outlook, etc.).
-Reliable transportation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
