Service Dispatcher-Commercial Cooking Equipment Department

TWC Services, Inc., an industry leader in HVAC/R, is seeking a High Energy individual with experience Dispatching for our Commercial Cooking Equipment department. Overtime available on a weekly basis and room for advancement. Duties include, but not limited to, dispatching our local area technicians to our customers, maintaining weekly reports, and reviewing work orders. Working close with service managers on proposals and quotes.
Must be detail oriented, well organized, have good computer skills, able to work with minimal supervision.

Previous experience with commercial cooking equipment repairs a PLUS. If you are or were a Hot Side service technician and are looking to start working in an office environment, this is the place to be.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
