Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish-English)

A leader in the pharmaceutical distribution industry is looking for qualified bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for individuals with Customer Service/Call Center experience that want an opportunity to grow with a successful industry leader.
Job Duties:
The primary job functions would be taking inbound calls from patients and finding out if they are eligible to receive a Savings Card on behalf of the Manufacturing Company. If they are, the candidate will initiate the activation process.
Job Requirements:
Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish are critical for this position.
Experience in the medical field is a plus but not necessarily required. An extensive training program is provided.
Qualified candidates that have Customer Service experience and are fluent in both English and Spanish

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
