Data Warehouse Developer - BI Developer - SQL Server

This consumer automobile insurance company based in Glen Allen is looking for a Data Warehouse Developer to help assist in the development of their data warehouse. They boast a relaxed and transparent culture unlike other firms in their industry and are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join their expanding team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Assist in the day-to-day upkeep and continued development of Data Warehouse
Maintenance of reports and ad hoc reporting utilizing a variety of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Deliver information that is accurate, complete, meaningful and timely
Ensure continuous data extraction from production systems, and data transformation and load (ETL) into the Data Warehouse
Follow and maintain standards and data quality in data loads and reporting for internal and external customers
Gather, interpret, document and prioritize new reporting requests from internal customers
Design and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports, including dashboards
Optimize and review MIS load processes for current and future data warehouses to improve business results and minimize load time.
Interpret requirements and create files for regulatory reporting and various other requests of summary data for third parties from existing data in the data warehouses; necessitates attention to detail and the ability to work under a timeline.
WHAT YOU NEED:
2
years SQL experience
SQL Data Tools (SSIS) experience a plus
Experience with Data Modeling and DW architecture a plus
Analytical background with strong technical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, and ability to learn new concepts quickly
Must be highly customer-oriented
Motivated, enthusiastic, able to take direction and complete tasks independently
High level attention to detail and quality output
Able to work on numerous projects simultaneously
