Senior Data Warehouse Developer - BI - SQL Server

This consumer automobile insurance company based in Glen Allen is looking for a Senior Data Warehouse Developer to provide leadership for development efforts, as well as training and mentoring for MIS staff. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Design/Development/Implementation of ETL load processes.
Deliver information that is accurate, complete, meaningful and timely
Maintain standards and data quality in data loads and reporting for internal and external customers
Gather, interpret, document and prioritize new reporting requests from internal customers
Design and deliver of scheduled and ad-hoc reports, including dashboards; Update and maintain Request Management dashboard
Optimize and review current processes to improve business results
Interpret and create Data Calls and regulatory reporting from third parties from existing data
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelor's Degree
TSQL experience (SQL Server 2012)
Integration Services experience (SSIS) is a must have
Experience with Data Modeling and DW architecture (Kimball methodology)
Business Intelligence tools experience (Microstrategy preferred)
Proven data warehouse development project leadership
Analytical background with strong technical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, and ability to learn new concepts quickly
Must be highly customer-oriented
Motivated, enthusiastic, able to take direction and work on own
High level attention to detail and quality output
Able to work on numerous projects simultaneously
