Description:
The Senior IT Auditor will plan and complete IT audits including operating systems, technology infrastructure reviews, data center reviews, and application reviews, in accordance with professional and department standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan and perform IT audits, including a risk assessment.
Assess the adequacy and appropriateness of IT controls.
Determine compliance with ISD and Information Security Policies, and IT standards.
Identify, develop, and document audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment.
Communicate audit findings to the IT Audit Manager and keep the IT Audit Manager informed about the status of the audit.
Present findings at the exit meeting and prepare a draft audit report.
Perform pre-implementation reviews on new products or services.
Conduct research to understand emerging technologies and its impact on the audit plan.
Run ACL and URSA reports as required; extract data from IT applications.
Help in training the lower level staff members.
Assist in special projects and special investigations under the direction of the Audit Manager.
Required Skills:
Understanding of IT Governance frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate PC skills including email, general understanding of databases and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of data extraction tools like ACL, URSA, Stealthbits, Nexpose.
Attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of IT audit and/or related experience (information technology, security, etc.)
Valid Driver's License.
One audit related certification.
CISA preferred.
Knowledge of banking industry preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
