Who you are: If you are an energetic team player with a passion for people and hospitality with the following education and experience, we would love to hear from you:
High school Diploma, College students highly encouraged to apply
1 year of retail or restaurant experience or willingness to learn and grow with us
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do TEAM attitude
Flexibility to work part-time hours and opener/closer shifts, are strongly preferred
Your IMPACT: As our Crew Teammate you will be the face of the Meritage and Wendy's brand. Your role will be integral to the success of the company by supporting your Wendy's restaurant operations. You will achieve this by helping your fellow teammates and managers create efficient procedures and processes for your restaurant; be willing to learn and ask questions and bring smiles to our guests by providing excellent service.
