We are looking for a talented, commission-driven, and independent-minded outside sales professional to help continue our already established client base as well as developing new customer relationships within a 6 hour radius of your home. Responsibilities will include the skill to maintain existing accounts and grow the territory through prospecting, cold-calling, and B2B consultative selling as well as the ability to build long lasting relationships with customers. Will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager assigned to this territory. The position will require a person who is a self-starter and has good organization and communication skills. Sales are not hard to find but projects require maximum territory coverage within limited time constraints.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Develop new business by contacting companies around a base area.
o Maintain contact with the customer though sales call as required.
o Maintain current relationships with existing customers and restaurants.
o Communicate with Sales Manager through phone and email.
o Plan and execute sales goals and work closely with Sales Manager to accomplish these goals
REQUIREMENTS
o Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
o Verbal and written communication skills a must.
o Must be willing to travel in a radius of 6 hours from home to client locations. Travel is only required Monday and Friday, sales representatives stay in one location for a week at a time.
o Must have valid driver's license, own transportation.
o Must posses the entrepreneur spirit, be self-motivated, and enthusiastic about our business.
o Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude.
o Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
