Patient Care Supervisor (RN)
Coordinates and maintains continuity of patient care for each shift.
Serves as an administrative liaison interpreting and communicating hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Patients served include Neonate through Adult-Geriatric.
Monitors nursing care delivered.
Serves as administrative liaison during off-hours.
Coordinates and maintains continuity of patient care.
Provides support to nursing staff.
Counsels and evaluates staff Education & Experience :
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
Three years progressive responsible nursing experience in a health care setting required.
One year clinical experience in area(s) of supervision preferred.
Licensure & Certification :
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland or compact state required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Certification in a nursing specialty is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
