Entry Level Sales Marketing
EQM Incorporated is an outsourced sales and marketing firm for international nonprofit charities and Fortune 500 companies. We have expanded into the New Jersey Market for our VERIZON CLIENT and are hiring IMMEDIATELY.
We are currently looking for OUTGOING, COMPETITIVE, ENERGETIC individuals with an 'ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT' to fill in the ENTRY LEVEL ambassador position that provides room for growth within the company.
Our Entry Level Brand Ambassador will be provided full training in the product knowledge of the represented client as well as advancing their professional sales and business communication skills to enhance their performance of generating a loyal customer base for our Fortune 500 Client through face to face sales and marketing. They will be challenge themselves in the day to day activities as they start to learn to manage themselves and their production.
The next level of promotion is Team Lead where they learn how to coach, train, and develop our Entry Level Brand Ambassadors as they mentor and motivate the team to reach targets and goals.They will be guided through a management training program and encouraged to take on leadership roles as they gain small management responsibilities such as territory management, team management, recruiting skills and tactics.
The successful Team Leads will be promoted to Management where they will be working directly with the client. They will be responsible for the well being of the assigned market and the continuing growth of our organization. Their focus will be to help develop and expand markets, build the strategy and tactics with our clients, as they oversee an office of 15-35 people as they continue to growth of the organization.
