Product/Integration Engineer (Automotive - Contract) See Requirements
Title: Product/Integration Engineer
Location: Cottondale, Al
Salary: Up to $50/hr before overtime
Job Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
BS Engineering or equivalent experience
High level of interpersonal skills to effectively interface with team members
Organization and planning skills
Familiar with common computer applications (MS office, MS Project)
Understanding of GD&T
Familiar with Instrument panel or cockpit manufacturing processes
Experience with automotive assembly
Experience in product engineering
Problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
o Support manufacturing plant as a Product Laison Engineer for Cockpits and Floor Consoles
o Lead problem solving activities to improve quality issues related to cockpit integration
o Lead activities to provide analysis and improvements of interface issues for fit into the vehicles
.
o Provide interface to Customers, Suppliers, and other Inteva Groups.
o Lead activities to ensure products meet all requirements as assembled and installed into the vehicle (function, fit & finish, BSR, etc.)
o Coordinate engineering changes and model change for Cockpits and Floor Consoles
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
