Product Industrialization Engineer

As our client's Product Industrialization Engineer, you will oversee product development from production process, to compliance, to finished results that are always on target, on budget and on schedule. Specific duties can vary, from the selection of suppliers and production resources, to the initiation of improvements/changes to processes, to the coaching of teams of engineering technicians. You will champion technical meetings and lead action planning. Regardless of responsibilities, you will be entrusted to constantly build your technical knowledge and expertise that propel you forward in your career--and advance the company in its missions.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor's degree (a Master's is highly preferred) in Engineering, and possess three to five years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment, and three to five years that encapsulate product development from prototype to completion. You must have developed advanced computer skills throughout your career, and you should be renowned for your strong problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills and a clear communication style. Organization, focus, preparedness and confidence will also be the hallmarks of your professional profile.
