Business Development Center Representatives - RUSNAK Business Office, Pasadena

To maintain with our growth, we are seeking Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our team at RUSNAK Business Office in Pasadena!
This position is to contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by creating potential customers and selling opportunities for the Sales and Service departments; through high-level phone customer service and customer engagement.
Key
Responsibilities:
o Field inbound phone calls on a daily basis; make at least 100 outbound phone calls to gain new growth for franchises
o Generate sales and service appointments for franchises to promote greater revenue for each franchise
o Efficiently record all customer interaction-activity in the Company's customer database system; enter notes in a timely basis and write in professional, clear, grammatically correct manner with complete details listed.
o Effectively manage special tasks as assigned by the BDC Manager to contribute to overall team success of the team, department and organization
o Meet both individual and team goals and initiative; for example hourly, monthly, and annual goals
o Partner with franchises to understand their clientele, client's expectations, and their brand-specific needs
o Provide daily, monthly and quarterly progress updates to BDC Manager; maintain manager informed on all customer and personal concerns
o Learn and adapt to changing needs of BDC campaigns by given deadlines
o Learn and correctly apply scripts within 24 hours of being provided by management
REQUIREMENTS
o Experience Desired; Minimum of 3 years in position of customer service representative or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Hospitality industries
o Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin / Cantonese Chinese or other language is an asset in this position).
o Required; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
o License Ideal: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
o License Required: Current California Sales LicenseEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
