We are a Presidents Council district team for Farmers Insurance Group, seeking entrepreneurs who can benefit from our years of experience and knowledge in the industry. Not only are we a Presidents Council District, we are also winners of the Championship & Toppers awards, making us part of an elite group that less than 1% of Farmers qualifies for. Allow me to share with you some history of our exceptional team and answer some of the questions you may have.
Income Potential:
Our average first year agent typically makes between $60,000 and $70,000, of which $37,500 is guaranteed . This is not a get rich quick scheme but neither are you limited by the average first year income. We have new agents that have made more than $100k in their first year and our top agent makes close to a million dollars.
Successes:
Since I have taken over as the District Manager in 2007, we have one of the highest new agent retention rates (over 71% of new agents that we brought on board successfully completed their career program, currently a 3 year program, or are still active within our district). Our district is also comprised of some of the Top agents in Life (Multiple Million Dollar Roundtable Agents) & Commercial Insurance across the country.

Farmers is the top Multi-line insurance company in California. We offer a variety of products such as Auto, Home, Commercial, Workers Comp, Life, Recreational Vehicles, etc. A great number of these products are required either by Law, Lenders and/or Landlords; making them an easy sale. The products also generate residual income, so that you continually generate revenue for yourself year after year from your sales. An additional benefit of representing a Multi-line company is that you will find most clients have multiple insurance needs, thus producing multiple sales from the same household or business.
Qualifications:
We require highly motivated individuals willing to invest their time and energy into creating a profitable and rewarding business. You must have a desire to succeed, have an independent spirit and strong work ethic. Candidates must also have a clean credit, criminal history and driving record.
