Your specific responsibilities include:
Resolve our Clients' technical challenges ranging from helpdesk support to server/network support
Manage your work in the ConnectWise Modern Office
Using industry leading RMM tools to enhance the helpdesk experience
Interact with team members to get questions answered
Occasionally support less experienced team members
Actively participate in meetings to improve our processes
Learn and apply cool new technology from industry leaders
This is a full-time, long-term, CAREER opportunity in our Lanham, Maryland offices, just miles outside the DC and Baltimore Metro area. This is not a short-term job or a remote position. Telecommuting is not an option. People often stay with us for six years or more. We do not have openings often, so don't wait.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
