NetIncent, Inc., is a young software company in the domain of
advertising & marketing solutions to increase customer loyalty
for small and medium retail businesses. This software measurably
increases customer flow and sales revenue for the merchants.
The software is free for the merchant to try and practically sells itself
after the first demonstration. We offer a range of products, the simplest being free on-line advertisements for the merchant by way of Rebate Coupons.
The Task:
We are looking for energetic, dynamic individuals who will signup merchants in specific cities (Morgan Hill & Gilroy).
Your Skill/Interest/Experience Profile:
- Familiar with one or more of these cities: Morgan Hill & Gilroy
- Familiar with small Retail Stores (independently owned, small and
medium sized businesses such as pizza places, bakeries, hair/nail salons,
auto repair, boutiques, flower shops etc. NOT chain stores like Starbucks,
Jiffy Lube, 7-11, Home Depot, Walmart or Macys.)
- Own a smart phone (e.g. iPhone, Android etc.) and can learn to use and demonstrate a relatively simple phone app
- Outgoing personality: Enjoy meeting merchants. Always smiling & pleasant.
Understand merchant needs. Demonstrate value of NetIncent software.
- Ability to get to lots of retail stores quickly (by car etc.)
- You are available full-time (part-time considered) during the hours when the stores
are open
- You speak good English (Spanish is a plus).
- Are a Citizen, Permanent Resident or have a work-permit in the US.
- Have good references
Sales Compensation:
- You will be an independent Contractor (1099-basis)
- Compensation depends on experience and skill match. It will be
a combination of Hourly Pay and Variable Commission.
- Variable Commission range: $100 to $300 per merchant (based on product sold)
- Note: An experienced sales person familiar with these towns can sign up multiple merchants in a day after a 3 day learning curve.
- Roles: Depending on demonstrated skill, we can hire you as a Sales Rep or an Area Manager.
