Care IV Home Health (pronounced Care Four) provides a variety of home health services to Arkansans, including: skilled nursing, private duty nursing, home health aides, personal care, therapy (OT, ST & PT), and more. We are licensed by the state of AR and are both Medicare and Medicaid Certified. We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for our both our skilled care programs and our private duty nursing programs. Flexible scheduling available!
