Retail Project Reset Merchandisers
o Weekly Schedule:
? Flexible Hours - Projects may be moved from day/time scheduled but must be completed within project timeframe
? Weekly hours will be dependent on the weekly project workload - 28 hours not guaranteed
? Weekly schedule and projects will change from week to week
o
Experience:
? Retail - ability to read plan-o-grams, shelf edge labels, project descriptions
? Retail Merchandiser
? Audits - providing accurate inventory counts and feedback on store compliance to marketing programs
? Store Management -communication, organization and time management skills
? Customer Service - People that enjoy working and interacting with other people - positive attitude
o Challenges: Driving can be a challenge if the store is 40 miles away.
o Must:
? Have a car
? Have a valid driver's license
? Have proof of insurance
? Be ok with a DMV & B/G check - Drug Tests are only performed for Best Buy candidates
? Have access to a computer, printer, and internet access on a daily basis

Responsibilities:
? Contribute to the achievement of business objectives through placement of new items at all assigned stores.
? Maintain full distribution on existing SKU's and ensuring signage is in place.
? Must be able to maintain schematic standards by ensuring all authorized items are in distribution and set to shelf standards.
? Maintain schematic integrity through communication with supervisor.
? Communicate weekly projects with day and time of planned visit. Ensure that required materials have arrived & store schedule will not be negatively impacted.
? Hang shelf signs, place coupons on product, etc. as directed by client.
? Assemble various displays for item promotion as directed by the client. Ensure work area is left clean and fixtures are put away.
? Weekday schedules with occasional weekends and evening work based on location.
