Description
o Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage others in a production environment; 5 plus years as a supervisor / in leadership preferred.
o High energy, positive attitude, excellent communication and people skills.
o Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross functional groups.
o Direct experience in material control systems, process standardization, visual management systems, a plus.
o Understanding of Excel, data collection, and problem solving skills.
o Associates or Bachelor degree a plus, not requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
