oProvides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolvestechnical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
oOutbound phone calls to prospects to discuss client products or solutions and any upcoming projects that require those types of solutions.
oDocumentation of all activity in Top Gun Sales Resources internal call management database.
oParticipation in regular trainings, counseling sessions and team meetings.
oEmail communication related to Outbound activity
oSpecial support activities as requested by client and approved by management
oEffective Problem analysis and efficient resolution.
