Accounting Assistant
Looking for a candidate that can start immediately. This will be a 6 week contract assignment with a chance of extension for someone on a Leave of Absence.

Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Start Date: 3/2/15
End Date: 4/10/15 (possibility of extension)
Location: Hermitage, TN
Job
Responsibilities:
o Review and research of notes & loans gl accounts reconciled by USI on an accounting period basis.
o Completion and research of gl accounts under own responsibility on an accounting period basis.
o Processing of corresponding journal entries.
o United Way payment submissions.
o Monitoring of Employee Notes & Loans mailbox.
o An accounting and/or payroll background would be preferred. General ledger account reconciliation experience also preferred.
o Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
Pay Rate: $15-18/hr (based upon prior experience). Please reply with an attached resume.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
