Job Description:
Analyze material requirements for customer demand to develop and implement inventory replenishment strategies including Kanbans, pull systems and vendor-managed inventory.
Analyze inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
Develop, document, and implement process procedures and process improvements. .
May direct and lead the work of others.
Report directly to the Site Materials Manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
