We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and energetic SALES MANAGERS to join our Team for full-time positions in our Vineland, Bridegeton and Millville, New Jersey, locations.
You must be willing to learn and have a drive and desire to succeed. Employees are also allotted free use of the gym while not on duty. Strong communication skills, strong work ethic, and upbeat attitude are a must as well as customer service oriented. Our General Managers:
-SELL the benefits of a great well-maintained, clean, up-beat, full service 24 hour Fitness center
- Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival, processing their payments, prospecting for new members, setting up corporate wellness and much more
-Assist in maintaining a professional office and cleanliness throughout the gym
-Create an exceptional experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude
-Assist in administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, data entry, lead generation and prospect follow ups!
Requirements:
OUTGOING and Enjoy Sales
EXCEPTIONAL listening skills and ABILITY TO THINK ON YOUR FEET
CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, and fitness center staff
Professional, responsible and DEPENDABLE
Computer literate and a fast learner
Taking initiative to help others is highly encouraged
