General Purpose

We are screening VA and FHA loan holders to refinance. We are looking for individuals to interact by phone with people to help customers reduce their interest rates to save money.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

o Contact individuals by phone.
o Deliver prepared scripts to potential customers to help reduce interest rates.
o Identify and overcome objection aka rebuttals.
o Complete transfer process with customer and loan specialist.

Job qualifications

o Professional and Friendly, Excellent communication skills.
o Dependable and reliable transportation; the ability to show up every day.
o Basic computer skills.
o At least 18 years of age.
o High school diploma or GED.
o Ability to work in a high energy environment.
o Ambitious, strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
o 1
years telemarketing/call center experience preferred.

compensation:
$10.00 to start, top earners $17.50 plus benefits after 90 days
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
