As a Scheduler you must:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, bringing with you a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Have proven computer efficiency, including Microsoft Office systems - Outlook, Excel, Word.
Demonstrate necessary skills and knowledge to help coordinate scheduling of field staff clinicians.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively both on the phone and through e-mail. You will have frequent phone and e-mail contact with field staff clinicians.
Demonstrate effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Plan and organize work effectively and efficiently.
Must be able to work cooperatively with other in a fast-paced environment, while responsible for a variety of tasks.
Be dependable, reliable and team oriented.
Requirements of Qualified Candidates
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in the medical field required, with experience scheduling in the medical field Homecare scheduling experience a PLUS!!
Minimum of one year scheduling, data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally required
