We are seeking an experienced Payroll/Garnishment Specialist to join our team!
We complement the clients we serve by providing a one stop solution to meet their payroll needs through our dedicated, professional, proficient, courteous employees. We believe that our professional employees are our most important asset and we highly value them and the contributions they make!

Experience:
o Successful candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 recent years of solid payroll processing experiences.
o Experience with Multi-State Payroll Processing and associated systems, Certified Payrolls and Job Costing
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
o Working knowledge of Local, State and Federal payroll compliance laws
o Knowledge of state and federal wage and tax laws and overtime requirements
o Ability to prioritize and meet deliverables in a high volume and fast pace environment
o CPP/FPC Certifications highly valued, but not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
