Maintenance Supervisor
Sandusky, OH area automotive lighting manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its large manufacturing plant.
Will be responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment and for supervising maintenance projects.
Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings a must.
Will also implement preventative and predictive maintenance.
Must possess the ability to troubleshoot machine issues in a safe efficient manner, maintain a clean and safe work environment, identify and correct any safety issues on all equipment, and act as a liaison between production and maintenance.
In addition, will be responsible for coordination and delegation of work orders and maintenance projects to meet timelines.
Must understand the plant goals and objectives as well as the maintenance goals and objectives and strive to beat them.
Will be responsible for establishing Mean Time Between Failures and implementing plans to reduce nuisance maintenance calls.
4-6 Years experience in a maintenance/manufacturing environment required.
Salary starts at $55,000 plus benefits and relocation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
