RESPONSIBILITIES
o Plan, direct and coordinate department work schedules and assignments to meet scheduled, unscheduled, emergency, and predicted maintenance requirements.
o Oversee and maintain a TPM system-based preventative maintenance program.
o Oversee the eMaint program to manage and document work orders.
o Coordinate availability and distribution of materials, part s, and tool orders, as required.
o Coordinate the Maintenance Service Request program.
o Ensure quality work is performed by subordinates.
o Expeditiously and safely solve work-related problems, equipment and process malfunctions, and material availability.
o Lead Implement and maintain cost reduction, 5S, lean and TPM system improvements.
o Prepare Capital Project Requests (CPR) and assist in the budget development process, as required.
o Ensure new employees receive adequate, timely and progressive training; and department members are cross-trained, as required.
o Establish, direct and coordinate employee job training based on annual training plan.
o Conduct timely and effective employee evaluation and mentoring programs.
o Ensure a safe and clean environment in and around the Maintenance Shop, and in areas where maintenance tasks are performed is maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS
o At least 5 years' Maintenance Department experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, including 3 years' in a supervisory position.
o Experience with Microsoft Office products and MRP/ERP systems.
o Working knowledge of electrical components; industrial equipment and machinery; the tools, gauges, meters and diagnostic equipment used in that environment; and hydraulic and pneumatic systems, all a plus.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Experience with AutoCad, a plus.
o Ability to supervise a team and maintain a team-oriented environment.
o Ability to teach, train, assess, counsel and mentor others.
o Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and machinery and equipment repair manuals.

? Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
