Graphic Artist - Full Time
Personal Care Company in San Fernando Valley seeking a Full Time Graphic Artist. MUST HAVE Previous experience with PACKAGED GOODS, preferably skin, hair and bath products for the mass markets.
Qualification & Responsibilities
oBS/BA degree, preferably in Graphic Design or 5 years minimum experience
o Demonstrated talent for creative concepting
o Positive, collaborative and energetic attitude
o Design portfolio demonstrating a range of color application, photo editing, photo retouching, composition skills and web design and applications
oCreate various 2D graphics, using the Adobe Creative Suite, including icons and illustrative renderings for a wide variety of design efforts
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
oAbility to multitask and work on a wide range of projects
oStrong attention to detail
oKnowledge of the theory and techniques required to compose/produce graphic and type design as well as other related products
oProficiency with Adobe Photoshop
oFamiliarity with Adobe Illustrator & InDesign
oFamiliarity with SketchUp
$50K DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
