RTN is a fast-growing leader in grocery and dollar store advertisement sales. We offer hyper local, cost effective advertising solutions to businesses across the U.S. We are looking for energetic, go-getter sales leaders who can meet goals and create lasting connections with local businesses!

RTN sells advertising space on the back of grocery and dollar store register receipt tape to local businesses. This role is 100% outside sales in a fast-paced, short sales cycle environment. It requires both phone and in-person sales skills (phone to set appointments, in-person to close). Our successful sales representatives agree that their compensation is directly proportional to the amount of hard work they put in day-to-day.

What we need from you
Willingness to learn our proven sales methods

What you'll earn in return
Salary
uncapped commission (up to 50%)
Use of company smartphone after 90 days

Based on achievable sales goals, our reps earn a minimum of $50k - $60k their first year. Our above average reps earn around $70k - $80k per year, and our top 5% of sales representatives earn up to $100k per year.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
