Daily job duties listed below
1. Checks in drivers as they arrive at our facilities and coordinates with the dock personnel for the assignment of doors for loading or unloading.
2. Performs clerical work such as entering orders and receipts into our WMS system.
3. Prints all documentation needed for unloading and loading of trucks such as pick tickets, check sheets, lot labels, putaway sheets, bills of lading, and receipt notices.
4. Works closely with the operations for printing special request documents and inventories.
5. Performs all filing by customer and date.
6. Answers telephones and personal inquiries, routes visitors and calls to the appropriate personnel, and schedules all appointments for inbound and outbound carriers.
7. Operates a variety of office equipment.
8. Sorts and files correspondence, reports and other materials, alphabetically, numerically, or by other established classification.
9. Works closely with the operations to make sure the necessary supplies are in stock.
10. Performs clerical work such as entering orders and receipts into customers' dedicated WMS systems, when applicable.
11. Review all documentation and ensure the SOP's are being followed.
12. Make sure the cycle count reports are printed daily per our SOP's, counted and signed by the supervisor of each facility.
Hours Mon- Fri 8am to 4:
30pm
Pay $10
Locaiton AubrndaleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
