Summary:
Mixer wanted for a bakery-manufacturing company in the city of Montebello. The ideal candidates must be able to work in a warm, slippery and fast paced environment. Must be able to communicate and work with a team. Will learn and understand the baking process from beginning to end.
JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
o Reliable transportation.
o Uses good safety habits at all times.
o Bending at the waist throughout an 8 hour shift.
o Must be able to lift 40 pounds consistently and continuously.
o Basic Mathematics.
o Operate blenders and mixing machines.
o Reaching over shoulder for 8 hours.
o Will be reaching over their shoulder throughout an 8 hour shift.
o Continuous use of the wrists. Consistent repetitive motion.
o Neat, clean appearance.
o Must be able to read and write English.
o Compatible with wide range of people.
o Must have slip resistant shoes - oil and water.
o Previous manufacturing experience desired.
o Applicants must pass a criminal background check and must be authorized to work in the US.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF
Responsibilities:
o Mixers must be able to follow company recipes and mix ingredients.
o Must prepare dough and other products for production team to bake.
o Must maintain a clean work area.
o Will be taught how to decorate cookie, bread and other pastries for the holiday season.
o Prepare molds set on the racks.
o Filling pastries with different flavored cream and setting in the oven.
o Will be required to wash trays, pots and pans after use in the baking department.
o Will be pulling finished product to warehouse area or shipping department using a manual pallet jack.
o Feed the dough in the production machine while following all safety guidelines.
o Helps production line team members.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
