DevOps Manager

The DevOps Manager will collaborate with the engineering, development, integration, and test teams to lead transformation of the current software production and release management process into a continuous delivery approach. As the DevOps evangilist, the candidate will define, design and facilitate implemention of continuous build integration and automation processes, practices, and frameworks for an enterprise system of systems. The DevOps Manager will develop strategies to create better collaboration between developer, testers, project managers, and users who will have competing goals, schedules and demands. The DevOps Manager will help to create cross-functional teams that work cohesively to deliver capabilities to the user using agile development methods and automated practices. A successful candidate in this position is a self-driven leader with a proven track record in successful software delivery operations and application release management support to include coding/scripting, automated build and deployment processing, agile deployment, and process re-engineering, preferably within commercial software product development organizations. The candidate must have strong communication, analytical, problem solving, relationship management, conflict management and customer service skills combined with proven software development and integration experience.
Qualification:
o 2
years experience using automated deployment and continuous integration tools (ex. Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, etc.) and building/configuring supporting infrastructures.
o 2
years experience with Source Code Management Tools (ex. Subversion, CVS, GIT, Maven, Nexus, etc.).
o 2
years experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (ex. Load Runner, Selenium, JUnit, JMeter, etc.)
o 4
years' experience in providing technical support for deployment of application changes to the IT environment consisting of multiple platforms including Windows and Unix.
o 4
years knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, Application Change Management process, or Infrastructure Change Management Processes.
o Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with peers and senior government officials, both technical and non-technical. Ability to lead and work in small teams of assigned and matrixed personnel.
Clearable to TS/SCI:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications:
o 4
years experience with technologies such as Java, J2EE, and .Net
o 2
years' experience in SW project management and deployment
o 2
years strong fundamentals in distributed systems development, tools, and design
o Familiarity with change/deployment tools such as BMC Remedy, Service Now, Rational ClearCase, etc., Knowledge in tools like DataStage, Informatica, Microstrategy, Teamsite, TeamStudio, sharepoint, Quest STAT etc.
oFamiliarity with middleware web infrastructure tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, Oracle SOA/OSB/BPEL etc.
oExperience in Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Software processes
o 2
years' experience with DoD security certification process
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
