Sales Associate Job Purpose: Develop & grow an existing territory of industrial customers

Sales Associate Job Duties:
To be an integral part of the inside sales team by providing excellent customer service
Build relationships and develop new business with existing customers
Meet with customers to develop & grow business together.
Identify & develop new customers.
Provide product, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selecting appropriate information; establishing needs by asking & answering questions.
Create & send written quotations and proposals, and follow up to gain new business
Maintain customer database by inputting updates to customer profiles & opportunities
Understand market dynamics & constraints as they relate to company's value proposition.
Provide product technical & interchange support.
Help accomplish department and organizational goals by providing operational efficiencies.



Qualifications/Skills Required:
Education: College Graduate (Associates or Bachelors)
Experience: This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual with 3+ experience who has demonstrated the ability to develop professional relationships & close sales. Product knowledge is not necessary.
Skills / Requirements: Goal oriented, self-confident individual with a sense of urgency & desire to succeed. Must be able to work on an individual and team basis, set priorities, take on responsibility as needed, and have good communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
