Home Care Visiting RN
Home visiting RN Case Manager must have at least 1 year of nursing experience. Strong knowledge of medical-surgical/geriatric nursing assessment. Skills must include basic computer knowledge, wound care, lab draws, IV, ostomy care and other basic nursing skills. Provides direct patient care in their homes. Collaborates care with other healthcare team involved in patient care. Demonstrates assertiveness and excellent critical thinking. May train and orient/ supervise staff as needed. OASIS proficiency preferred but not required. Requires negative TB skin test, CPR certification, Current MI license, Hepatitis B Vaccination, Valid MI Auto insurance and driver's license. Polite, reliable and dependable.
Accepting regular part-time or per diem status.
Flexible schedule. No call responsibilities. Excellent pay per visit rates with mileage reimbursement.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
